Durham Plum Village meditation circle
This community gathers in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, and our time together includes a seated meditation
practice, walking meditation, a teaching (sometimes with a reading), and time for sharing about our experience
with the practice of mindfulness in our life.
Every practice is an invitation and you do not have to share if you are not called to. And, at the end there is
an opportunity to sing together.
No meditation experience is required.
We meet on alternate Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm. Please check our Meetup page for the next meeting date.
